Description

Lathe machine is available in different models and variable machining capacities to match the multiple demands of industries. We provide plethora of lathes with different specifications destined to match light, medium, heavy and extra heavy duty machining needs. We have DMTG high speed lathe machine for heavy duty operation, which is a versatile machining tool to support fast turning operations on heavy duty work materials.

Quality and perfection in structure are not constraints for this tool as like other workshop equipment’s we supply, this instrument is also made from high quality and higher grade raw materials which supports for long term production requirements and to stay sturdy for high speed operations. Apart from that, all the other features including the main spindle bore and the guide way width have also been aligned to remain compatible for turning operations for heavy duty work materials up to 5 mtrs.

We provide 8 models of heavy duty high speed lathe machine in two series such as the CDS B series and CDS C Series. Each series contains four models with difference in specification shown in swing over bed, swing over cross slide and swing in gap. As far as spindle speed is concerned model numbers CDS6250B and CDS6256B are capable of producing 16/26-2000 rotations per minute and model numbers CDS6266B and CDS6276B are capable of making 23-1800 rotations per minute. However, all the four CDS B series can be applied for turning heavy duty work material ranging from 1000mm or 1 meter to 3000mm or 3meters of work material lengths. Our heavy duty high speed CDS C series are also available in 4 models with machining capacities suitable for handling 1 meter to 3 meters work piece material length.
